Automobile claim

Find the closest collision reporting centre  http://www.accsupport.com/Location or call the police if total damage exceeds $2000 or there are any injuries.

To speed the claims process, please have the following information available:

  • Information on other vehicle involved including; year, make model, name of registered owner, their insurance company and policy number.  We will also require the drivers name and their driver’s license number.
  • Date, time and location of the accident
  • Extent of any injuries, number of passengers involved and extend of vehicle damage
  • Name and badge number of the investigating police officer

Property claim

Document the property that has been damaged and take photos when possible.  You may be required to produce receipts for the contents that are being claimed so keeping a list is very important.  Being able to specify the cause of the damage will help determine how your policy will respond.
